Start with 6 days of Video Training & Q&A, followed by a 1-Month On-the-Job Training (OJT) with stipend.

Permanent Employment

Receive your permanent placement as a Recovery Executive post-OJT with a ₹20,000 monthly salary.

Salary, Targets & Commissions

Transparent earnings, structured for your growth as a Recovery Executive.

  • OJT (1st Month) Stipend: ₹5,000 / Month | Recovery Target: ₹50,000 If the ₹50,000 target is not achieved, the stipend will be ₹2,500.
  • Permanent Employment Salary: ₹20,000 / Month | Monthly Recovery Target: ₹3,00,000
  • Commission Structure • 5% commission on the recovery amount if the ₹3L target is missed. • 7% commission on the extra amount recovered ABOVE the ₹3L target.
